Return policy Kappa products are sold with a warranty registration card and covered by a 2-year limited warranty. Electrical components and soft suitcases, however, are covered by a 6-month limited warranty. To claim a warranty repair or return you need to go to the dealership where you purchased the products. Thereafter, you must provide the dealer with proof of purchase along with your registration card duly filled. Otherwise, Importations Thibault reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage. The cost of transportation to return parts under warranty is the responsibility of the customer.
